I spent five years building and scaling startups before starting Consilix. In each one, I ended up building the AI systems myself because the off-the-shelf tools stopped halfway. That pattern is the thesis of the firm.
Consilix is founder-led and for smaller projects I deliver directly. For larger ones, I assemble a specialist team from a curated network of freelance engineers, designers and consultants I have worked with before, run the engagement end to end and stay accountable for the outcome.
